Do we have to start our matches between 11am and 2.30pm?

Matches should start at the advertised time and between 11am and 2.30pm. However, the start time may vary if both teams mutually agree to a different start time. Once agreed by the teams, England Hockey Competitions Department (EHCD) must approve.
