I received a Red card and am now suspended, can I still play hockey?

If you receive a Red Card, your 16-day suspension prevents you from taking part in any match which falls within the jurisdiction of England Hockey as a Participant (including, but not limited to, a player, coach, manager, physiotherapist, doctor, videographer, any other Club or Team official, umpire or technical official) other than internal club training or as a spectator.
