How do I refer a Misconduct Complaint?

If you wish to send a Misconduct Complaint, please complete a Misconduct Complaint Form and send it to discipline@englandhockey.co.uk. Misconduct Complaints must be in writing and received by England Hockey’s Head of Legal & Governance within 14 days of the conduct complained of (the date of the incident complained about is day one), provided that, where the Misconduct Complaint concerns a series of similar incidents or a course of conduct, the period of 14 days shall run from the date of the last act or omission alleged to be part of the series of incidents or course of conduct alleged to be a Misconduct Offence.
