I have been found to have committed a disrepute offence, can I appeal?

If you wish to appeal the decision and/or sanction(s) handed out, you must send an appeal notice to England Hockey’s Head of Governance within 7 days of you receiving notification of the decision and sanctions being made. The appeal notice must specify whether you wish for your appeal to be done by an oral hearing or not and include send a deposit of £100. You will get this deposit back if your appeal is successful. If you wish to submit new evidence that was not considered during the original disrepute complaint, you will need to do so within 14 days of sending in your appeal notice.
