Women's and men’s squad unveiled for FIH Hockey Pro League India

The English women’s and men’s squad are travelling to India in the coming days for their second legs of the FIH Hockey Pro League.

The matches will run from 15 – 25 February with the Women’s squad taking on India and Netherlands while the men will be facing India and Spain. The match schedule is available now.

Fiona Crackles, Tess Howard, Grace Balsdon, Flora Peel and Ellie Rayer will all make their return to the senior squad in India, following extended breaks at the end of last season.

Sabbie Heesh has been selected for her first squad after ACL reconstruction in 2024 while Jo Pinner is back in the England squad after having a baby in 2023.

There are four players in the men’s squad who could get their first England cap with Ben Fox, Ellis Robson, Jonny Sturch-Hibbitt and Henry Croft selected in their first England squad.

James Albery, James Mazarelo, Sam Ward and Ollie Payne are back on international duty after playing in the Hockey India League for the past two months.

Matches start on 15 February with the women taking on India at 11:45am with all matches in this block being shown live on the Channel 4 Sport YouTube.
