Who has oversight of the monies kept by EHO?

The spend of any surplus funds held by EHO will be reinvested into Officiating as discussed and decided with the OWG. Annual reports will also be presented to EHO members for review on the funds of EHO and the distribution to Area Officiating Committees.

The OWG will have full oversight at all times of the funds held by the EHO.
