Welcome to your brand new website for England Hockey!

England Hockey has been working on new websites for both England and Great Britain Hockey for a number of months now, and are very pleased to finally be able to share them.

The England Hockey site's focus is on hockey across the country, aiming to provide the best possible information, news and stories relevant to hockey players, clubs and officials.

The site benefits from much-improved navigation and design, as well as a series of new additions. A couple of key examples are the in-depth Frequently Asked Questions, as well as an intuitive Help Me Choose function for those new to hockey.

The new Great Britain Hockey site concentrates on news, photos and videos from the international teams and athletes, presented in a much more engaging manner than ever before. 

We hope and believe the sites are significant long-term improvements for the sport, and at the same time they will continue to grow and evolve in the coming months. 

In particular, the Competitions & Events section of the England site is a key priority for us to evolve with more player statistics, more detailed match information, as well as fixtures and results from England Hockey Leagues and England Hockey Championships.

On the Great Britain site, we will also introduce new pages that make it easier to follow the action whilst games are taking place in a brand new Match Centre.

The sites have been built by Southampton-based agency MTM, while England Hockey would like to place on record their gratitude to Sport England for their continued support in projects of this nature. Without their support, developments such as these to help bring new technology and approaches to our sport would not be possible.
