Surbiton remain overwhelming favourites to capture their eighth successive Vitality Women's Premier Division title.
With two match weekends left in the Top 6 split league, Brett Garrard's side need just one point to seal the Championship.
Hampstead & Westminster sit six points behind, while they would need Surbiton to lose their remaining matches while overhauling a gap in goal difference of 17.
Surbiton head to East Grinstead on Saturday searching for a positive result, with both teams at full strength following England's postponed Pro League fixture in India.
Surbiton travel on the back of two victories against East Grinstead this season, a 6-0 thumping last month and a 2-1 away win. Surbiton have won four of their six previous matches at Saint Hill.
Hampstead & Westminster, who ended Surbiton's unbeaten season last weekend, take on in-form Beeston. With the title race not officially over, the Londoners are also still in a battle to secure a European berth.
Lucy Hyams, Hampstead & Westminster's top scorer, said: "We always thought it would be close but probably not quite like this. It’s very exciting that it’s coming down to the final weekends and it’s like a mini version of the top four play-offs.
"We need to focus on one game at a time. Beeston have had some great results recently so we know it’s going to be tough.
"Last weekend was so fun, it was one of the best games we’ve played this season and coming away with three points made it even better. We need to take that momentum into Saturday."
H&W have a one-point advantage over East Grinstead, while Wimbledon sit in fourth a point further back heading into the penultimate weekend.
Wimbledon play host to Clifton Robinsons having recorded a brace of 2-1 wins at Bristol this season. This weekend's match will be the first between the two sides at Wimbledon since 1993 when Clifton prevailed 2-1.
The Robbies won their first match in 11 last weekend when halting East Grinstead's grip on the second European spot.

Swansea, with one victory this season, head to Holcombe, who beat the Welsh side 4-1 in November in the pair's last encounter.
University of Birmingham and Buckingham, the top two sides respectively in the Bottom 5 league, also push back.
Birmingham are vying for a hat-trick of wins over Buckingham this season.

University of Nottingham's title-decider victory last weekend over Bowdon means that UoN will become the seventh club to have both men's and women's sides in the top flight next season.
The relegation places have also been confirmed, with Belper and Olton & West Warwickshire both down. They are tied on three points, meaning that whoever finishes ninth of those two will have a worse record than their Division One North counterparts. And of course the bottom side will also go down.
Nottingham travel to Brooklands Poynton without their top scorer Maddie Axford who is on England duty at the Junior Women’s World Cup.
Bowdon, meanwhile, face third-placed Durham University who have won their last six fixtures.
Leicester City will aim to leapfrog Stourport and finish fourth. Late season form has seen Leicester muster three wins in a row.

Cambridge City, with one win in their last 15 matches, take on Slough, who will be aiming to finish second in the league ahead of Sevenoaks.
Harleston Magpies are also at home, against fifth-placed Canterbury. The Kent side handed out a 6-0 defeat to the Magpies when the two sides met in November.

They face Horsham at home on Saturday, the Sussex side having lost three of their last four. Horsham beat Bromley & Beckenham 2-1 when they last met in November.

Alderley Edge, Pendle Forest and Neston head into a nail-biting final weekend of the season all battling for survival.
After three wins in late February and a crucial basement battle win over Pendle Forest in early March, Neston remain bottom after three successive defeats.
Neston face fifth-placed Durham University 2, who can finish third in the league if results go their way.
Meanwhile, the fate of Pendle Forest and Alderley Edge will be decided on the road. Forest are currently the best ninth-placed side across the Conference leagues.
Timperley could still finish second bottom but if they do, they would have the best record across all four Conferences so it is already impossible for them to be relegated.

Witney, unbeaten since losing the season curtain-raiser in September, hold a one-point lead over Team Bath Buccaneers after two draws in their last three matches.
Update: Fri 1 Apr: The result of the Clifton Robinsons 2nd XI v Basingstoke match on 27 February has been reversed and awarded as a 5-0 win to Basingstoke. The original result was a 3-1 win for Clifton. Clifton have also been deducted one point. This decision is taken in line with League regulations relating to where fair selection of a team is determined to have been breached.
