England U21 Teams gear up for 4 Nations Tournament in Germany

Both England Men and Women's Junior teams will travel to Dusseldorf, Germany to compete in the U21 4 Nations Tournament starting from 18 August. They will compete against the hosts Germany, as well as Spain and India.

While the Men's team have recently played against the Netherlands, Belgium and most recently France, the Women will be playing their first competitive matches of this year as they begin their build-up to the Junior World Cup in Chile at the end of the year. 

The players have earned their places on the teams based on their performances in training and matches over the summer, with several U18s who impressed at the recent EHF U18 European Championships stepping up to U21 level. The players' journeys are a real testament to their hard work and the support of their coaches at schools, clubs and universities across the country.
