East Grinstead’s Women In European Indoor Action
East Grinstead have travelled to Cambrai in northern France to compete in the EuroHockey Indoor Club Trophy this weekend. They qualified thanks to their Super 6s title win at the Copper Box Arena in 2022, and will be looking to make it a successful conclusion to their indoor season.
They are drawn in Pool B, against French hosts Cambrai, Swansea and WAC from Austria. In the other pool, are Clydesdale Western from Scotland, Zelina from Croatia, KPH Rača from Slovakia and Railway Union from Ireland.
After the first pool stage, the top 2 teams in each pool will play-off in a new pool (D) to decide positions 1 to 4, on Saturday and Sunday, with the bottom 2 teams forming pool C for positions 5-8.
