Lily was selected for the England U21 squad that was set to compete in the 2021 Junior Women's World Cup before it was postponed due to Covid.
She was then added to the senior Great Britain training squad in February 2022.
In the summer of 2022 she won an amazing Commonwealth Games gold medal at her home University in Birmingham, as well as playing in that summer’s World Cup.
