Flora was selected in her first senior England squad in February 2022, the same month in which she was confirmed in the GB training squad for 2022.
That came after she had spent two-and-a-half years playing for HDM in The Netherlands, having previously played for England at youth level.
In the summer of 2022 she was unfortunate to miss out on a World Cup through injury, but more than made up for it with an historic gold Commonwealth Games medal in Birmingham.
