How are the Area Officiating Committees / any Local Delivery Groups funded?

From analysing current financial flow charts for HUAs, it has been shown that over 80% of income for associations come from clubs, through the provision of umpires for neutral, independent appointments. These can be from league, cup, BUCS and youth appointments. This income would stay within the Area to remunerate Officials appointed as requested.

Other lines of income would be via donation or membership subscription. Again, we are looking to ensure that the activities that Area Officiating Committees are being asked to deliver are suitable funded from EHO members or other sources within the Area.
