Head Coach - Paid position

Wyre forest is a relatively new club with two ladies teams in division 4 and 6 of the Midlands league and an emerging youth academy. The club is run by it’s players, is highly family orientated and has a strong hockey for all ethos.

The club is looking for an enthusiastic head coach to lead both the junior and senior section. For the junior section this would involve planning fun and engaging sessions that will be delivered by the head coach in conjunction with club coaches. For the senior section, the head coach will deliver training, support Captain’s with selection and tactics and ideally be available to attend home games.

Timing of sessions: -

• Senior training Wednesday’s 7:30 -9:00
• Junior training 9-10am Saturday’s
• Senior home games 10:10 pushback

Desirable Qualifications: -

• Level 2/ Coach course
• Safeguarding certification
• First aid training
