All rounder needed for coaching opportunities

Marlow is a family club with our own pitch in the centre of Marlow. We also use 2 other pitches in the vicinity. We have a large junior section with young players aged U5 to U18. We want our provision to be vibrant, inspiring, and consistent. Our club aim is to develop the whole player offering them opportunites to develop as people as well as players.
 
U16 girls lead coach.
 
We want to provide a challenging and fun environment for our girls U16A team. The team train on Wednesday evenings at our Pound Lane pitch. We also need match day cover for this team. The girls play in the EH U16 supra league.
 
Flyerz Coach
 
We would like to develop our Flyerz programme to provide hockey both at club and in school for players who would not normally be able to access age group hockey either because of a physical disability or because their neurodiverse needs require smaller groups and individual attention.
 
Talent Coach
 
We run a small group programme for our players who have the potential to play higher level hockey as the progress through the club. The programme is designed to give the young players time to work on individual skills and elements of the team game that aren’t part of the club programme. We run this throughout the season and beyond in line with TA dates. We would welcome someone with the expertise to do 1-2-1 sessions with our youngsters.
