BromBecks HC are looking to recruit an experienced and energetic individual to be our Assistant Men’s 1st XI Coach.  Our Men’s 1st team are looking for a solid season in the East Conference of National League whilst continuing to grow the profile of our squad.  You will closely assist our player-coach and focus on our push up the league, whilst also supporting the wider club development strategy and Academy programme

How to Apply

As Men’s Assistant Coach, you will be responsible for ensuring the high performance of our Men’s 1st XI, whilst also working closely on the development of our high-performance juniors, of which we have many.

Working alongside the Head Coach (player coach), you will be expected to help plan and deliver engaging midweek sessions (up to 2 per week), as well as to provide effective support from the side-lines on match day. You’ll bring fresh ideas to training and will be involved in post-match video analysis and player feedback.  You will be expected to attend all home games and travel with the team to away games.

You will need to have strong management skills and be able to communicate effectively, in order to galvanise our predominantly home-grown squad.  You’ll also be asked to help drive recruitment from the outset and share some of the administrative duties with wider team management.
