Ladies 2nd Team Coach

Brentwood Hockey Club are looking for a Ladies 2nd team coach. The Ladies 2nd team play in Division 3 South East. 

We are looking for a talented coach to continue with the excellent work of our previous coach. We are looking for someone to take a team of committed and passionate hockey players to the next level. This person needs to be reliable and driven to achieve the team's goals. 

Brentwood Hockey club currently has 5 ladies teams and 5 men’s teams. We are a very sociable, friendly and family oriented club, who are looking to continue to grow and improve all of our teams. 

Role & Resonsibilties:

The role is a paid position which includes but is not limited to:

Deliver high level coaching plans and sessions to both teams at training on Tuesdays 8-10pm.

Coach the Ladies 2nd team for friendly and league games both home and away. 

Provide development feedback to the squad and individuals, as well as showing them ways in which they can improve. 

Work alongside our Ladies 1/2s captains. 

Developing youth players. 

Requirements: 

Ideally must have level 1 or 2 in coaching and at least 2/3 year’s of experience. 

Have attended a Safeguarding Children Workshop in the last 3 years (or be willing to attend at the next possible opportunity).

Pay- Competitive and will be linked to experience and coaching qualifications.
