Bishops Stortford Ladies 1s&2s Coach/Player coach

BSHC are activley recruiting an experienced coach for our Ladies 1s & 2s Squad in a paid position.

Currently the Ladies 1s team play in East Women’s Premier League with mission status of getting into the National league again.

The Ladies 2s play in East Women’s Division 1 with a mission of replacing the Ladies 1s space in the Premier League.

We are aiming to recruit a talented coach to continue with the excellent work of our previous coach who’s stepping down. We are looking for someone to take on committed, talented and passionate hockey players to continued and future success.

BSHC currently has 7 Mens teams and 10 Ladies teams. The talent amongst our local area is growing, as is our club and our need for coaches is growing with it.. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver high level coaching sessions to both teams on Training nights usually Tuesdays between 1900-2200 latest.

Coach the Ladies 1s team, attending friendly and league games both home and away on Saturdays and where possible attend Ladies 2s matches. 

Provide development feedback to the squad and individuals, clear de-briefs on training and game play. Work alongside our Ladies 1/2s captains to ensure correct team selections and carry out 121s with players not performing to the level expected. 

Required: Level 2 qualification
 
Pay- Competitive and will be linked to experience and coaching qualifications.
