How do we update our Member listing in GMS?
There are developments being made within GMS to allow clubs to manage their memberships (specifically with regards to being able to mark members and parents as having left the club). Please note that this does NOT currently impact any of our calculations around how many members you have within your club, but we do appreciate that clubs would like to maintain their member lists more accurately.
If you would like to have your member listing updated in the immediate term, please just email gms.support@englandhockey.co.uk listing which members you would like to be marked as removed.
We will also merge duplicate accounts and tidy up any other issues or concerns you have around your member listings - just email gms.support@englandhockey.co.uk and you will get a response within 24 hours.
