What support is there for me as a Technical Official?

Whenever you start as a Technical Official, newcomers undertake a “Two Step” programme, where they are matched up with a mentor who helps them understand the duties and learn how to be a Technical Official in a supported environment. Once completed, support is available through the England Hockey Technical Appointments Panel, which host regular online educational sessions that are free for anyone to attend, as well as pre-season briefings.
