What is an NOC document and how do I apply for one?

An NOC is a No Objection Certificate (internationally recognised by the FIH) designed to support players playing overseas and in different countries. For players playing in England who come from outside of England, Scotland or Wales please refer to relevant league regulations regarding requirements for NOCs. Any applications need to be made to your home national association.
