As a level 1 umpire can I get “neutral” opportunities?

Yes, dependent on membership tier chosen.

Area Officiating Committees will determine the Grade at which neutral appointments are offered to umpires. However, in the main, this will include a Grade at which Level 1 (Assessed) Umpires can be appointed, and so if you wish to take neutral appointments, please contact your Area Officiating Committee using the contact details on the Area website (which you can access by viewing our website here.
