What is the EHO?

EHO is a proprietary club, with England Hockey as the proprietary owners. Its objectives include:

• Development of materials to support the development of Officials at all levels of the game
• Provide Official educational materials and workshops for all EHO Officials via electronic platforms, including managing booking processes
• Provide membership services administration for EHO members
• Provide first line customer service for all IT systems operated by EHO for Officials to use across England (HockeyHub and educational platforms)

EHO will be run as a “cost neutral” organisation. What this means is that once any centralised costs incurred in the operation and delivery of EHO’s objectives, any member subscriptions are then redirected to the appropriate Area to deliver their objectives.

As EHO will be a proprietary club, there will be a constitution, bylaws and rules of the club, outlining the legal detail around the running of the organisation and the undertakings / provisions for members.
