How will the management team and decision making of EHO be decided?

As the proprietary club is “owned” by England Hockey, the management team will be consisting of England Hockey directors and staff members.

To following the principles of the Governance Review, all decisions involving Officiating will be driven by the Officiating Working Group (OWG) – who’s membership is made up from representatives from the 8 x Area Officiating Committees, as well as representatives from the National Programme Umpiring Association (NPUA) and Technical Appointments Panel (TAP).

As the OWG also reports to the 8 Area Standing Committee, this means that there are multiple stakeholders can have input on decisions that materially affect the game and ensure these proposals would benefit the game.
