England Hockey's Terms and Conditions, Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre

This ticket is issued on behalf of England Hockey who are responsible for the event, hosted at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. By purchasing this ticket, you and your party accept that you will adhere to the following terms and conditions.

1)    This ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain. This ticket cannot be used for prizes in a competition without prior written consent from England Hockey.

2)    Spectators will not be allowed admission to this event without a valid ticket.

3)    England Hockey reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.

4)    Should the event be cancelled for any reason, or have to be played with no spectators present, England and Great Britain Hockey will provide a refund for the cost of the tickets, minus the booking fee, for the match-day only. Full list of prices and booking fees can be found here.

5)    For Mascot and Premium Experience packages, England Hockey reserve the right to cancel or modify the offer at any time.

6)    If the ticket issued has an allocated seat number, spectators must occupy this seat. England Hockey reserve the right to make alterations to seat reservations.

7)    England Hockey cannot guarantee that the seat to which this ticket refers will not be affected by adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to events of force majeure, or concerns over safety and/or security, or that the view will not be affected by pillars or other structural apparatus or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, England Hockey will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the effects of these wherever possible.

8)    For the safety of spectators, event security may conduct bag and/or body searches and reserve the right to refuse admission and confiscate items. Any bags brought into the venue should be soft sided and be able to fit under a seat. Large bags, such as holdalls, suitcases, wheeled trolleys or similar over 40cm x 30xm x 30xm will not be permitted into the venue.

9)    Visitors are permitted to bring in the following items, subject to the limitations; Empty non-glass containers – these can be refilled with drinking water inside the Venue; Two small pieces of food for personal consumption, e.g. a 160g bag of sweets, a 210g cereal bar and/or one piece of fruit. A maximum of two items per person. Baby milk and baby food products are permitted

10) If a visitor has a specific medical requirement or allergy then they must seek approval to bring additional food into the Venue prior to their arrival to the Venue by emailing events@englandhockey.co.uk

11) Visitors are not allowed to consume alcohol not purchased at the Venue within the footprint of the event. No alcohol purchased at the Venue can be taken off-site.

12) No alcohol, glass bottles or cans may be brought into the venue.

13) It is a criminal offence to enter or attempt to enter a sports ground while in possession of a flare, smoke bomb or firework.

14) Upon entering the venue, spectators must agree to abide by the venue conditions of entry which can be found here.

15) Spectators must not bring in prohibited items to the venue, the full list can be found here. Visitors in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry, ejected from the venue an/or referred to police.

16) All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

17) Children under the age of two years do not require a ticket and will be expected to sit on an adults lap, all children over two years will require a seat and therefore a ticket.

18) All spectators who enter the venue with a ticket acknowledge that photographic images and/or video and/or sound recordings (and/or still images taken from video recordings) may be taken of them and may also be used in televised and/or radio coverage of matches and/or for promotional or marketing purposes by England Hockey, the FIH, LVRPA, GLL or other third parties sanctioned by England Hockey.

19) The sale of any articles, or un-authorised charity collecting, in the gangways or anywhere on the venue premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of England Hockey, and England Hockey reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition.

20) Spectators must be aware of the risk of stray hockey balls entering the seating stands from the field of play during the match and warm up.

21) This ticket remains the property of England Hockey at all times.

22) We are sorry if any of your personal property is lost or damaged whilst at the event, but neither England nor the venue can be held responsible.

23) England Hockey and the Venue reserve the right to refuse admission and eject spectators from the venue.
