One of the most exciting forwards in world hockey, Will has made plenty of people take notice since making his international debut in June 2018.
A natural finisher, he netted 10 goals in five games for England at the 2017 U21 Euros before finding the target for the senior team twice at the 2018 World Cup, his first major international tournament.
He also produced two brilliant finishes for GB against The Netherlands and Germany in the 2019 FIH Hockey Pro League and helped Hampstead & Westminster to a first Men’s Hockey League title that same year, scoring in the semi-final. He was also a reserve for GB at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
In the summer of 2022 he helped England win a Commonwealth Games bronze medal in front of a home crowd in Birmingham.
With pace to burn and a sharp sense of humour, expect to see plenty more fireworks from Will as the years go on.
